We provide a set day and time for your regular service, so you always know when we’ll be at your home. You will have a guaranteed service day with each treatment, so you will know exactly what day we will be out to your home (i.e.: 2nd Tuesday or 4th Monday). Your service technician will give you a reminder call a couple of days ahead of time to remind you of your upcoming service appointment. Need to reschedule? No problem! Just call our office at 719-591-0337 and we will be happy to get you rescheduled to a day and time that is convenient for you.
We know your time is your most valuable asset — that’s why we offer FastPay automatic payments, e-statements, and online bill pay for your convenience. Mug-A-Bug has a full-time, Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) on staff to help identify the rarest of pests. Just visit the “meet our ACE” section of our website and submit your pest identification form and pictures via email. You can also drop your sample off at our office located at 7185 E. US HWY 24, Colorado Springs, CO 80915. Our office hours are M-F from 8 am – 5 pm.

This service is primarily for commercial accounts (restaurants, coffee shops, donut shops, etc.) that require a monthly maintenance.
Some residential customers will go monthly based on their tolerance threshold, or they are from the South and they are just used to a monthly service frequency.
This is primarily for residential customers and the most common service package that we recommend to our residential customers.
The reason that we prefer the bi-monthly service is because the products that we use typically have a residual effect that lasts between 45-60 days and
that the customer will be due for their next regularly scheduled treatment normally within the next 1-2 weeks.
This is for customer’s who do not mind seeing the occasional spider or ant and have a higher tolerance threshold.
Since these customers are serviced every 90 days, there is roughly a 30-day period where they will not have any “active” product or residual at their
home since the products used have become less effective or worn-off.
If a customer has a rodent (mice/rat) issue we typically recommend
that they are on a monthly frequency at first until eradication has been achieved, then we can switch them to a less frequent package.
