The Competition
100% of our company’s service technicians have passed either a certified state or QualityPro exam to ensure they have a complete understanding of pest management procedures and practices
Not all sales technicians are guaranteed to have gone through certified testing and training.
All employees of our company have gone through a criminal background check. This guarantees that all employees are screened and allows us to know the history of who we are sending to our customer’s home
Employees may not be required to have undergone criminal background checks prior to working for their company. Their employer might not know an employee’s history.
We have a drug-free work policy in place to screen all new employees and ensure that substance abuse is not tolerated. A comprehensive program is outlined to all employees prohibiting the use of illegal substances.
This company is not being audited by QualityPro to ensure they have pre-employment drug screening for new employees or that the company has set-up a comprehensive drug-free work place policy to deter the use of illegal substances.
In addition the practicing ethical advertising we provide all applicable customers with a termite warranty specifically stating what is covered in terms of repair and re-treatment on the first page of our service agreement.
Their service agreement may not discuss what happens if termites destroy your home after they’ve been out to treat for them. Although they might solve your pest problems, non-QualityPro companies are not required to provide anything in writing detailing your rights as the consumer.
Our Environmental Stewardship program dictates that all our chemicals are transported in compliance with label requirements. QualityPro regulations also state that our vehicles remain locked when unattended, and that appropriate first-aid material, including fire extinguishers and spill control kits are on board.
Keeping chemicals secure is always important but their company may not have a detailed program requiring vehicles to be locked while on call and QualityPro does not follow-up with them to make sure they are in compliance with proper storage procedures.
